Master Machine Co. is an extremely customer focused organization. We specialize in both the manufacturing of new parts and the repairing of existing parts.

History

  • 1974 - Established by Denny Hironimus in Windber, PA to provide automation, mechanical fabrication,   manufacturing services & products to the coal mining industry

  • 2000 - Purchased by Thomas Shero and Joseph Barnouski 

  • 2001 - Expanded and relocated into new and larger facility in South Fork, PA

  • 2014 - Purchased by Tessa Williams - Coal industry experienced a slow-down period and Master Machine sales decreased to the lowest-point in 5 years

  • 2015 - Coal industry began to rebound in late 2014 and 2015.  Master Machine aggressively expanded their market and customer focus into longwall coal mining operations, salt mines, gypsum and aggregates sectors, moving away from conventional coal mining room and pillar operations.  Sales growth exceeded $3.5 million in new industries and customers.

  • 2017 - Partnered with RND Services, Inc. of South Fork, PA, offering additional capabilities in manufacturing/rebuilds of mining and industrial equipment.  Products and services offerings expanded to include new/rebuild of  mining equipment including: specialty electrical/power distribution centers and electrical distribution boxes, electrical transformers and components; continuous miners; scoops; shuttle cars; and more.

  • 2019 - Established a manufacturing facility in Bluefield, Virginia to service the Virginia, Kentucky, and Southern West Virginia markets.  The facility will specialize in the rebuild of cutter drums and conveyor booms.

  • 2021 - Expanded markets into the landfill industry outfitting heavy machinery with various upgrades for simplifying and expense savings on daily tasks.
